Installation and site support for RO, UF and other water-treatment systems. Assistance with equipment installation, process-instrument checks, sample lines, analyser panels and coordination between mechanical, electrical and instrumentation teams.
Field installation support for pressure, differential-pressure, flow, level and temperature instruments, pressure gauges, control valves and switches. Includes mounting, impulse/sample tubing coordination, cable dressing, tag verification and instrument index updates.
Support for instrument range/configuration verification, 4–20 mA loop checks, continuity and polarity checks, simulated input/output testing, cold-loop and hot-loop checks, tag-to-channel verification and recording results in approved check sheets.
PLC and SCADA field integration support, digital/analog I/O checks, signal mapping, communication checks, alarm/status verification, HMI indication checks and coordination with the automation vendor. Work is performed against approved logic, drawings and cause-and-effect documents.
Installation support for pH, conductivity, turbidity and other process analysers; mounting-panel checks, sample-line and flow-cell checks, tubing/fitting coordination, power and communication checks, configuration verification and maintenance documentation.
Supply and installation support for FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) cable trays and protective canopies for outdoor instruments and field devices. Work includes tray and canopy positioning, supports and brackets, levelling, alignment, fixing, and protection of instruments and cables from sun, rain and harsh site conditions. Canopy installation is planned to maintain safe access for inspection and maintenance, in line with approved drawings and site safety practices.
Checklist-based inspection, installation verification, continuity and insulation-test coordination, loop checks, functional tests, interlock/permissive verification, punch-list tracking and preparation of commissioning records, subject to approved project procedures.
Preventive maintenance support, fault finding, instrument and panel inspection, transmitter and valve troubleshooting, analyser checks, spares/status tracking, maintenance records and coordination to reduce avoidable plant downtime.
Technical support for water and environmental infrastructure, site installation coordination, equipment checks, instrumentation documentation and maintenance assistance to support reliable plant operation.
Preparation and updating support for instrument indexes, I/O lists, cable schedules, calibration records, loop-test sheets, erection and pre-commissioning checklists, punch lists, material status reports and handover dossiers.
Installation and inspection support for pneumatic/electric control valves, solenoids, limit switches and associated accessories, including tubing/wiring checks, stroke-test coordination and recording of faults or replacement requirements.
Installation and positioning support for electrical/control panels, panel mounting and alignment, cable routing, cable gland fitting, ferruling, termination, earthing checks and panel-to-field wiring coordination. Testing and energisation should be carried out by qualified personnel under approved site procedures. Manufacturing and assembly support for MCC (Motor Control Centre), PCC (Power Control Centre), ACB incomer/feeder panels, pump control panels, VFD/drive panels, APFC panels, metering panels, RTU/telemetry monitoring panels and PLC control panels. Scope can include GA and schematic coordination, component mounting, busbar and internal wiring, ferruling, panel inspection, continuity checks and FAT support as per approved drawings and specifications.
